Das heisst z.B., das an Ort X in nahezu Echtzeit aufgenommene Hologramm kann per Datenleitung an Ort Y transportiert und dort in nahezu Echtzeit als Hologramm dargestellt werden. Nasser Peyghambarian, einer der Autoren, meinte im Interview, dass es durchaus möglich sei, das System bis in 5 bis 10 Jahren auf HD-Video und 30 Bilder pro Sekunde zu pushen.
