Eine Welt ohne "trad." Medien

Dave Winer schlägt in seinem jüngsten Tweet via eine Botschaft auf einer Art Telefonbeantworter vor, es sollte mal jemand eine öffentliche Roundtable-Diskussion organisieren, die von der Prämisse ausgeht, dass wir unsere Informationen bekommen ohne professionelle Nachrichtenorganisationen im herkömmlichen Sinn. Und deren Teilnehmende sich von da aus vorstellen, wie die Welt dann aussieht:

premise: At some point in the not too distant future, we will get our news without professional news organisations acting as the middleman or the bottleneck or the filter or the gatekeeper. (...) we're just going to accept this as a premise. And then from that point try to visualize or envision what the world will be like. how it WILL work (not how it will NOT work! or: WILL it work?). (...) I was thinking of something like a big roundtable. (...)
